Shipping policy

Our staff only monitors, processes and ships orders Monday - Friday. We cannot process your online order on weekends or holidays.  We strive to complete online orders as quickly as possible and in most cases your order will be processed within 24-48 hours, however this cannot be guaranteed.  If any items are not in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with available options.  Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as possible upon arrival from the manufacturer.  

Holiday Shipping

Delivery time is an estimate based on carrier deadlines and due to unforeseeable circumstances are not guaranteed.  If we become aware of a delay that would prevent on time delivery we will call or email you. 

  • Standard ground shipping will be assumed unless otherwise stated.  If we find a cheaper freight option for you we will always ship cheapest way possible.
  • Have your order sent to one of our Pacific Net & Twine retail stores.
  • During checkout – select In-Store pickup.
  • Will call orders are processed Monday to Friday and pick-ups will be available during business hours.
  • We will call you when your order is ready for pick-up.
  • Not all locations have weekend will call hours. If you are planning to place an order to pick-up on the weekend, please call our shipping department at 1-800-895-4327.  

Shipping Rates:

  • We select the least expensive carrier for your order. If you have shipping requests, please indicate them in the note field during check out, or call our shipping department at 1-800-895-4327 for other options (if available).
  • UPS and Canada Post are our preferred carriers.
  • Local Couriers can be a great option within the Lower Mainland for quick service.
  • Shipping rates vary based on the region of the country that the order is shipped to. Actual rates can be seen on the Shipping Selection 
  • Please note: we are unable to accommodate air freight shipping on web orders. If you have an urgent need and require overnight or second day air shipping please contact customer service at 1-800-895-4327 or websales@pacificnetandtwine.com. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • We reserve the right to charge more for shipping if for some reason the calculated freight is excessive. In this case our shipping department will call you prior to shipping your order to decide the best course of action. Shipping Surcharges & Restrictions:

 

Shipping Surcharge: Indicates items where our shipping carriers charge extra due to weight, size or irregular packaging. We will contact you with the specifics of the surcharge amount before shipping for your approval.  Charges may vary based on the carrier chosen and the ship-to area for you order. 

Pickup In Store Only: Indicates items that are only available for purchase in our store locations. To see if an item is available in a store near you, please feel free to call us (800) 895-4327 or email websales@pacificnetandtwine.com. If you add one of these items to your cart, no shipping methods will appear and you will be prompted to indicate the store where you would like to pick up the item.


Hazardous Shipping: Indicates an item that may be restricted for shipping by the carrier or a governing agency (USDOT, IATA). Some hazardous items can be shipped via ground services, but not by air carriers.  These items may be subject to higher shipping fees.  Items marked with both the Hazardous icon and the Pickup In Store Only icon must be picked up in a store. If you add one of these dual-icon items to your cart, no shipping methods will appear and you will be prompted to indicate the store where you would like to pick up the item.

In Store Pick Up

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.  
  • If you have not received your pick up notification, your order has not been processed
  • Please allow AT LEAST 24 hours for pick up
  • Pick ups are only guaranteed to be available Monday through Friday
  • Orders will not be available for in store pick on Sundays (our stores are closed on Sundays)
  • Oversize or overweight items are subject to branch store pricing
